The Clay County Sheriff’s Office produces an annual report each year. This document is distributed to the public, county and civic leaders, media members and CCSO staff. The purpose of the report is to provide a record of the previous year – what events took place, agency successes, personnel changes, how funds were spent, and much more. Agency Mission and Value Statement (click here) Public Records The Clay County Sheriff's Office employs a Public Information Coordinator who can answer questions from the public regarding what documents or reports are public record and provide guidance regarding the process and fees affiliated with public records requests. That office can be contacted at 213-6009. Public records requests can be made verbally or in writing. For further assistance with agency documents you may also call the CCSO Records Unit at 213-6090 or stop by the Records Unit office located in our Green Cove Springs building. |
