Clay County Police Activities League (PAL)

The Police Activities League is a youth activities program run by deputies of Clay County Sheriff's Office and by dozens of volunteers.

Here are the program’s major goals:

  • Preventing juvenile crime and drug use
  • Providing positive role models for youth
  • Developing discipline, self esteem and positive moral values through wholesome competition
  • Improving communication between law enforcement officers and the youth of our community

Why do kids need the Police Activities League?

Many youth in our community grow up with no positive contact with law enforcement officers. This lack of positive contact breeds distrust and fear. PAL provides positive role models for our youth and a drug free atmosphere for youth to play and learn.
