Man Arrested for Solicitation to Commit Murder

PJames ermenter, a Green Cove Springs resident, was arrested on a Clay County warrant yesterday by CCSO Special Victim Unit detectives and is now in the Clay County Jail facing three charges/counts of Solicit to Commit Murder. The three counts represent three victims in this case. He is held on no bond and the next court appearance has been set for March 11th in Judge Wilkes' courtroom.

In accordance with FSS Ch 119 we are not releasing any additional information at this time, specifically nothing further about the victims' identities. We cannot comment further about this suspect's motives, how he planned the crime or his relationship with the victims.
