CLAY COUNTY DRIVERS LICENSE CHECKPOINT

This Driver’s License Checkpoint is being conducted in an effort to ensure the safety of the general motoring public, improve compliance of traffic laws and reduce the number of Driving While License Suspended violations. The checkpoint will focus on Driving While License Suspended violations, FSS section 322; however violations of other traffic laws and any other violations of Florida State Statutes will be enforced.
