Discussion about Safety in the Oakleaf Area
Green Cove Springs, Fla. Sept. 29 – Join Sheriff Darryl Daniels, deputies with the Clay County Sheriff’s Office and community leaders for the Sheriff’s Town Hall Meeting. It will be an open dialogue about concerns in the Oakleaf Area. Deputies and the panelists will discuss ways to continue to build positive relationships between residents and law enforcement officers. The Town Hall Meeting will be held Monday, Oct. 2, in the cafeteria at Oakleaf High School at 5:30 p.m. Parking is available by the cafeteria.
“This has been a tough week for our community. This forum will allow our residents and my deputies to talk about enhanced strategies and safety tools. We want to be proactive when it comes to issues in the county. We must work together to keep Clay County safe. We’re all in this together,” said Sheriff Daniels.
