GREEN COVE SPRINGS, FL — Deputies with the United States Marshals Service arrested a man in Texas in connection to a 2019 murder, bringing the total number of people arrested in this investigation to seven. Deputies arrested Doug Roe, Jr. on a Clay County Sheriff’s Office warrant on November 10th. CCSO detectives believe Roe is one
